Most likely this is because you have not used your BNC for a period or because it has expired.
We reserve the right to automatically shut down BNCs that have not been used for a certain period in order to prevent abuse such as idle BNCs. The point of a BNC is that it should be used, not just sit in channel(s) to inflate the user count in the channel.
It is not the case that you have to be online all the time or every day to prevent it from being automatically shut down.
