I. General
These general terms and conditions are applied by dotBNC. As a user you must strictly follow these terms; no exceptions are accepted. These terms are the obligations and rights that you as a user accept when you use dotBNC. As a user you must be of legal age or otherwise hold the necessary rights in order to use our services once registration is complete; if you are not of legal age, a guardian's approval is required when use our services after the start of use of this service.

dotBNC reserves the right to suspend a customer's account when that person(s) violates these general terms. dotBNC also reserves the right to suspend a customer's account with immediate effect without providing any refund or compensation for services the customer has used at dotBNC.

dotBNC reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time, and the customer is then notified via a published news post on dotBNC's website (www.dotBNC.com). If major changes occur that may affect certain users, all user are also notified, in addition to via the website, by email.

II. Use of the service
Our services are only intended for the user who has accept for the service, and the customer may not rent out, sell or transfer the service(s) to a third party. The user shall use the service in such a way that it does not cause harm or disruption to dotBNC as well as to private individuals, internet service providers or dotBNC's suppliers.
Using dotBNC's BNC service for idledeal and/or idlebot is not permitted. The BNC service may not be used in a way that violates the rules of the connected IRC server.
If the user violates the above, the service is suspended immediately without any right to use the service.
dotBNC takes no responsibility for the users use of our services. Use of the service is at the customer's own initiative. Nor can dotBNC be held liable for damages arising from the user use of our services. Use of the service may not violate the legislation we have in Sweden. A police report will be filed when dotBNC considers the use to be serious enough that legal action is deemed necessary.

III. dotBNC's responsibility
dotBNC's responsibility is limited. dotBNC is only responsible for ensuring that the services we offer function correctly, such as registration, working servers and proper support. Once the user has used a working service from dotBNC, dotBNC disclaims all responsibility for the service in question apart from the operational maintenance of the service.

Should the users service stop working because the customer used the service incorrectly, dotBNC bears no responsibility and no compensation is given. If the service goes down due to an operational fault at dotBNC.


IV. Security
dotBNC is not responsible for the customer's login credentials; it is entirely the customer's responsibility to keep the login credentials for the service safe from unauthorized persons. Should the customer lose, for example, their password, it is always available via support.

dotBNC places very high priority on our security; despite this we cannot guarantee that nothing happens to our services/servers. But we do everything to prevent any outages. If an outage occurs that is not dotBNC's responsibility.

Should an outage occur due to natural disasters such as storms, lightning strikes, fires and so on, no compensation is given, as dotBNC can neither predict nor prevent these disasters.

V. Personal data
When you register with dotBNC, we assume that the customer provides their own personal data, no one else's. If we notice that a customer has entered false information, we will suspend the customer's account without warning.
The personal data the customer provides is stored and processed by dotBNC in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL). This means that we do not store the data longer than necessary and we do not disclose the data to other companies or organizations.
You always have the right to have any incorrect personal data corrected.

If you have comments on these terms or find certain parts of the terms difficult to interpret, we ask you to contact dotBNC's support via email.
These terms apply until further notice for an indefinite period; changes will be published on this website or communicated by email to existing customers. If the user does not accept this agreement, the customer does not need to use our services. Should differing interpretations of the terms arise between dotBNC and the user, dotBNC's assessment is the correct one. If the user still disagrees, the user may themselves contact legal assistance to resolve any disputes. Any disputes are settled on dotBNC's home ground in a Swedish court.
